about

A filmscore without film.
1991, I had just arrived in Munich with my instruments, my sampler & sequencer.
Suddenly things started to happen, like this performance with mime, dance, projections and live music for the Toolwood festival, which we did twice, but never with a proper budget.

Anyway my musical idea was to use all kinds of noises from sports and transports as percussion instruments instead of drums.

I left it unfinished around 93 because I decided to invest the money I had earned with the two TV filmscores on having a viola da gamba built and work on a different, more human acoustic music.

Around 98 the need to record music brought me to buy my own computer system and Samplitude.

So my first work with my new equipment was editing all these archives which had been recorded either on DAT, ADAT or even VHS, live as well as in studio.

It is intended to be listened to all in one piece, with closed eyes and letting visions flow at the listener´s convenience.
